Office

Topland Group invests in all major UK office markets, with a focus on major cities.

Our office portfolio comprises single and multi-let assets at varying stages of maturity, from value-add development stock through to long-term income-producing investments. We consider single or multi-let office opportunities offering core plus or value-add returns through proactive asset management and/or development. We also invest in high-quality income opportunities where we see value or potential for growth.
